On the above chart Thursday saw a manipulated 10-year share price low, preparing for Friday’s swoop to get a large parcel of shares very cheaply.
Which entity did the buying?
As holders, we are ‘members’ and have a right to access the share register.
We can inspect the registry at the Rox office or request a copy of the entire registry.
Rox fulfils its obligation by posting the Top 20.
On Friday I asked Rox for the latest Top 20 and was informed that it will be updated on their site this week.

Is Hawke’s Point about to make a further investment in Rox?
This is their pattern: Hawke’s Point has also invested in Ora Banda Mining.
Ora Banda struggled in 2021/22, and on September 22, their MD was replaced.
Soon after that, on December 22, Ora Banda secured $12.74 million in debt and royalty funding from Hawke's Point.
There was zero dilution of the share registry.
We should not assume that Hawke’s Point will inject cash for cheap Rox shares causing massive dilution.
They dilute their own holding by doing that.
ORA is now a 10-bagger for the long-term holders.
