What everyone here suggesting that announcements can be held up etc. is actually illegal and I’m sure the BOD would never do these things
1. because they are ethical
2. because they could have their directorship/s removed, and
3. I think they can get fined or imprisoned.
so please don’t fill the thread with this Total BS
