Program of Works (POW) LPN. Prospecting, Exploration, and Mining licences are granted with a minimum amount of expenditure required for each. Even though they're granted it doesn't allow for any works (as a general rule, the use of mechanised equipment) without first being approved through the POW process. Even small scale prospectors who have approved prospecting tenements require an POW to be able to scrape and detect.
