Not necessarily impacted. Top 20 holder has at least 7.5m to make the list. You only need a few mil in sell to flush the price down before picking up from there. Traders trade with multiple accounts too so no single account holds significantly enough to slot into the top 20 which makes them stick out like a sore thumb for others to see what you're doing.
