Alex needs to move quickly to secure the 70% from Venus.
This has been my understanding for quite some time now.Once the Ann comes out and says this is paid for with a mere $3mil, we will definitely see some positive SP movement.

A bit of trivia... re Twiggy Forrest
When FMG floated in 2003, it was 20c per share. He was 42yrs old,..yes a nice handsome lad like Alex.
The price soared to around $80, then they offered 10 for 1 shares to dilute in Dec 2007.So today's price of $13 is actually $130 if you held the original shares before Dec 2007 without dilution.

Anyway, Andrew told his young 22yr receptionist at time (2003) to buy shares in his company and that she would most likely will never regret it. (After all she would have seen that this company was going to be huge). So she and her "soon to be husband" decided to buy 80,000 shares at .25c ($20k worth) and made the decision to rent instead of using it as a deposit on a home.As time progressed the pair noticed that the company was moving forward along with the SP.They decided to set a 5 year plan and not touch the shares.
After a few years, she and her husband sold half those shares in June 2008 (400,000 of them because of the 10 for 1 dilution of shares in 2007) for a whopping $11 per share. = $4,400,000...yes $4.4mil !!I not sure if she works there now or holds any more shares, but if they still hold half, their dividend cheques would be huge and no need to work.
SO...Alex is only 41yrs old and he's out to concur the world, he will become the WOLF of YOUANMI and surrounding districts. IMHO, i'll be holding onto this little bugger for as long as I can and accumulate where possible.I really can't see this going backwards from this point.
DYOR...I changed my sentiment to BUY from HOLD.

The same thing is happening here folks, ROX is starting to become a reality with so much upside to come.
