I know it has popped over $US1800 but compared to where it was a year ago with quite a few predicting it racing away from those high levels to $US2000+/oz.
It then dropped sharply to the $US1700s.
And far less are predicting the stratospheric gold prices these days - you are obviously one of those (maybe you should have pointed out that that was your opinion only). And the SP of gold explorers have dropped in line with that including the bigger explorers.
