It sure sounds like a real stuff-up with that June-2020 announcement. Good that measures have been implemented to avoid that risk from that point in time. You make it sound Hawke's Point are playing a strong influential role as a cornerstone investor with 13% of the company. That is probably a good thing as they will help to protect other SH interests too.
