I was the one who mentioned rare earths. Table 1 shows grade of LI plus Cs, Nb Ta and Rb (Cesium,Niobium, Tantulum, Rubidium) . I was wrong. These are not rare earths. However Rubidium is rare. and it is worth a lot. My intention was to focus on the value of these mentioned elements rather than meaning to focus on rare earth per say.
