Can someone explain the rationale of selling today:
- if no counter offer, then this is very likely to be voted yes at the next AGM, then you get your 93c per share
- if counter offer comes along, then you get better value by holding.
So why do people sell at 90.5c per share? What is the risk to holding? Is it because the offer could be withdrawn?
