Unfortunate for IPO investors, management has truly failed them and decided to abandon ship not even a year since IPO. I started buying in March and actually wanted to hold this for several years because the fundamentals looked good considering it's valuation and I believed they can get back to IPO price and beyond within 2 years. Disappointing to see management cashing out this early but it is still good news for anyone who has bought in the last 4 months and saw this company as an extremely undervalued gem.
Sold 70% of my holdings today, will keep the rest and see if there could potentially be another bid but I think the chances of that are slim. If not, I'm happy to let them go for 93c.
