CEM, I think this is too harsh. 101 is a fantastic contributor and provides good information. Your summary is also not on the money. I believe they are at break even. Raising funds is for expansion ( I be worried if they were not raising funds) Dead lines are not missed, due to management. In fact the roll out and business they write is better than I hoped for. So Directors can never sell a share, and if they do that spooks you........gosh.
