Someone with the nouse can you start putting up the traffic figures to various YOW platforms as it will be interesting to see growth.
I still want to see photos of the placement at self serve counters and also at assisted counters in walmarts as so far the only evidence we have seen is a single box on a service counter outside a planogram area IMO so the rollout just doesn't seem to be happening. Looking at numbers and possible point of sale explosion of sales I am concerned that between now and Easter if we don't have serious inventory we may have issues of supply / distribution. Was walmart awaiting / demanding some sort of promotion before allowing Yowie to take up it's spot at POS to ensure throughsales and retain position in planogram as it is totally cutthroat at POS positions.? Perform or get dumped.

Now we just need a follow up announcement conforming that sometime after the 9/3/ 2016 when YOW lodged with the US court $560000 that they actually had the German expert access, disconnect, make ready for transport the Rasch machine at Whetstone and that it was undamaged and on it's way to the new factory . Also confirmation that the other machine and line parts from Europe arrived and were cleared and the experts are available to install to get the Angry Birds under way. Is no comment on this in this announcement that all is unchanged and OK? It is not like they told holders of the bond and possible conterclaim in the 1st place?

So $600000 gone on bond with court for now, 500000 gone in marketing , heaps gone in management time , heaps gone in lawyers fees , heaps gone in new factory set up with travel, so we need to sell some more bloody product and get some cash flow happening now. Will take a lot of Yowies to pay back the production move depending on what whetstone settlement brings as he doesn't seem the sort of guy who will give up. More we manufacture and sell and the longer ruling takes if it is not in our favour the less it will matter in the big picture as long as we have turnover.

Can't see the price reflecting anything positive until some real numbers flow through and some more facts are announced by YOW in regards to court case.

Quarterly is going to be very interesting.
