Yeah, it doesn't make any sense to me. The initial order outlined all these factors why the most equitable order is that the machine be turned over to Yowie and that can all be swept aside if Whetstone posts a bond which amounts to a pittance, especially considering the potential damage this sort of delay could cause to Yowie ramping up their business? If that is how it works I never could have imagined they would have such a rubbish law on the books.
