Haha......just suggesting this, while an irritation no doubt, is not worth all the speculation and fixation. But the mother of all floods, now that is something that should keep everyone up at night!! Not sure I suggested anywhere I have any knowledge of the US legal system so sorry can't help you there mate, need to keep digging yourself. I trust though that the company themselves hired a couple of experts to help them out..
