Ann: Yowie Launch Social Media Advertising Campaign in US, page-51

I checked out the Yowie advertisements on You Tube.

I actually don't like the Alpaca Dance and Panda Dance adverts; i think they look cheap and i don't see the brand message coming through.

The brand message behind Yowie has always been "Save the Natural World".

As the website states,

"The Yowie story is told through the adventures and exploits of the six endearing Yowie characters – Rumble, Boof, Crag, Ditty, Nap and Squish – their animal friends and their Grumkin adversaries."

Check out one of the original Cadbury Yowie advertisements, which is promotes much more brand awareness and in my opinion the animations are more enjoyable to watch.



Understood that this advertisement was probably made for Australia, but i think something along the same lines with some local US animal friends introduced would be great.

I am no marketing expert though, so all in my opinion. Maybe it works for the American consumers.
