I suspect they have no idea about doing business or the law in the US, some lawyers made a nice little fee, they underestimated the response. If the online article is legit the company should have informed the market hence the share price decline. I hope there are some major announcements very soon ,they clear up this situation and keep the market fully informed and put this to bed once and for all !!
