I don't have an opinion on the court case. I can't quantify what is going on, so I would rather stick to the stocks I know and love (A2M, BAL and BKL) my three amigos.
It feels like these guys are punching above their weight, which is why they are struggling. they are light on, but cant afford to pay too high a price for talent. They are also competing in one of the ferocious markets in the world for FMCG, so it is miracle that they have got this far given their lack of talent.
I'm happy to be wrong about this, but it doesn't feel right to me.
Either way, I am not an owner currently; however, good luck to all of you who are.
