Sure it's possible that some military bases will decide to stock Yowie's on the odd chance a serviceman wants to pick up a treat for their kids, probably many wouldn't though. I'm not sure exactly what a travel outlet includes but I'm sure that, for example, many zoos and theme parks would be keen to stock Yowies but Napa Valley wineries might be much less so.
