I definitely think the majority of the Eby Brown ones will because, from my understanding, they are all convenience stores and Eby Brown appears to be actively promoting the product through its "recommended planogram and Smart Store Program".
It's a lot less clear with the most recent announcement. As I discussed above the outlets may not be as obviously amenable to Yowie's as convenience stores. Plus it's not clear that McLane will actually promote Yowies in any significant way. It seems entirely possible that Yowie will just be another of the 50,000 products that are in its distribution catalogue which might seriously limit the uptake.
I think there is a reason the Eby Brown 10,000 store announcement was flagged as price sensitive and the 20,000 store McLane one wasn't.
But you are right that the number of store increase is still likely to be impressive. If 75% of Eby Brown and 25% of McLane stock it's 12,500 outlets which is fantastic numbers, not absolutely amazing 30,000 store bonanza, but still fantastic.
