I agree that will help but you don't want the SP to drop 50% every time they run into a lawsuit. I think the case has been blown out of proportion on here, it's not the make or break case people think. Even if they win the case I don't see this hitting $1 again unless other good news comes with it. There are far more important issues that need addressing.
