You haven't really raised any issues that seem even vaguely concerning though. They make it clear in the announcement the cost benefits to move to using their own capsule patent and cost and production rate benefits for using the Madeleine facility.

As for an unproven production facility, Madeleine has been producing chocolate since 1949 so I would say that is pretty proven. Plus the announcement states that YOW have enough stock to meet current commitments plus contingency.

As for the conspiracy theory that some holders knew about this three weeks ago and decided to dump their stock and caused the drop to the low 90s... That is definitely one of the most outlandish theories I have come across on HC.
