    No I'm not an expert, but I do work in marketing.

    People assume that because these guys are paid millions at the cost of shareholders they know all. Too many times company's and there so called "experts" splash cash like there's no tomorrow and that's how company's can fail.

    It doesn't matter how many hits you get when using social media. It's how many of those hits convert into sales. And for that to happen you need strong brand recognition.
