Its worse than that. They are not making a cent out of Walmart... All the revenue is nice but it is the burn I am more interested in. Once this stops I will look at this company again. But with their roll out in Aust the burn will continue and profits are a long way off. Everyone was jumping up and down a couple of years ago, asking when they would come back in Aus. At that time the SP was $1+ ... Now it finally happened the SP jumped a few pips and is again back to where it was a few weeks ago. The market has lost all trust in this company that they 1) can execute 2) can make reasonable margins, remember COS is 50% and 3) The huge pay and bonuses for management that sucks all profits dry.
