The dumbest part of these posts is that the allegations are so easily seen to be lies.

This is in addition to Post #: 22531094 which again makes the deliberate deception of the facts as formally announced by YOW. Clearly there is an intent to deceive and mislead.

if shareholders are unhappy with mgt, fine that's their opinion. If unhappy with SP, fine - me too! If s/h are unhappy with an 85% - 90% increase in sales then that's their view.

An opinion is one thing - an intent to deceive and mislead is another.

In addition can you explain to me the difference in me saying their conserving cash and the following comment.

'YOW is clearly husbanding its cash resources, and carefully managing its advertising expenditure - which is far better than "pissing-it-up-against the wall" as a business leader once said can happen.'

In addition this was another post where others critisized the quarterly and you claimed downramping, misleading information etc etc..

So it's ok for someone who is high on the company to post that they're conserving cash yet someone who is critical of it cannot? Hmmm, this sounds a bit contradictory, again in my opinion...
