Ann: YPB launches ConnectQR to leverage viral global QR growth, page-6

Anyone else remember this March 18, 2023 YPB announcement of their licencing agreement Version 1.0 with Nviso?

The main points of that announcement were;

YPB Group (YPB) lands a 10-year licence with NVISO SA of Switzerland to develop applications to determine the authenticity of video and mediaThe company penned the contract with NVISO to allow YPB to extend its core technology in a bid for the tech to become more broadly availableThe company’s development timetable is roughly three months, with an estimated external contractor cost of approximately $140,000 in addition to the use of YPB’s internal development teamYPB has proposed a capital raising via a placement to raise $2 million to pay off debts owed to NVISO under the licence agreement, development costs and marketing.

About as much meaningless technical waffle as the Connect QR announcement and giving a serious clue on what to expect with their ConnectQR launch.
1) wait for the CR announcement or some other funding effort.
2) things that never happen "the company's development timetable is roughly 3 months" which we know has been and gone (to Nviso Version 2)
3) The Nviso licence was to develop a solution to detect deepfakes in media, which at the time was the buzzword hitting the rounds. Current buzz word is 'dynamic QR codes".

Looks like the same playbook.
