Yep. Once they can no longer strip unsuspecting shareholders through capital raisings, they'll make themselves creditors, go into administration, then swap the debt for the company After that they'll sell the shell off with the tax losses. The tax losses are the only thing of value and to the right buyer are worth much more than the market cap of the company.
