YPB again being loose with the facts!

It is misleading to claim that there was 32% revenue growth in the 6 months ending June 2023 compared to the same 6 months in 2022. Without the $250k received from the court settlement in the March quarter of this year, revenue for the first 6 months of this year was $229k compared to $363k the year before, meaning actual revenue earned fell 37%. In reality the $250k court settlement was the result of sales action years ago and it will not be recurring and inflates the base point on which YPB claims it is tracking towards profitability.

My bet is that YPB is setting themselves up for another CR in the near future. The mandate with Everblu has lapsed and not been renewed, the $600k to have come from the 2nd stage tranche of the March 2023 CR has not been received. Question is will it ever be placed?
