    mtm100: If they're negotiating the financing with Glencore you can bet your bottom drawer that there will be a convertible loan facility in place (e.g. Katanga).

    It's just the way Glencore do business - shrewd buggers.

    Whether it is right or wrong... I guess we will have to wait and see!
