    I think it's significant that new BOD member Gary Comb sits on the same BOD (Ironbark) as one of the company's significant shareholders (Glencore)

    I also noticed that Glencore provided an attractive financing to Ironbark last year. I would think that deal would serve as a rough template for what they would be willing to provide YTC.
