Esp given recent approval of Kudz Ze Kayah showing a possibility to allow mining ventures in Ross river once again, as long as the right palms are crossed with silver.
Probably just bad luck that OVR shareholders were on the complete opposite side of the cycle, spending $50m to drill out the permit, only to sell it at the lows just prior to a commodity supercycle. C'est la vie d'OVR: Oeufs pourris.
