GSM is hunting for tier 1 gold and lithium discoveries across three large scale greenfields projects: Yule, Paynes Find and Southern Cross.

Its main focus right now is Yule, which is 35km from Port Hedland and 13km from De Grey Mining’s (ASXEG) world class Hemi gold discovery.

It’s also a proverbial stone’s throw from very popular lithium play Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) ground to the east of Yule.

Meanwhile, to the west, Azure Minerals (ASX:AZS) has found large success at its Andover lithium project.

The company’s shares have climbed more than 1,100% over the past 12 months.
Back at GSM’s portfolio, a big chunk of Yule is under 15-20m of cover which has hidden any potential discoveries from previous explorers, hence the use of shallow air-core to dial in on prospective deeper drilling targets.
