A fair chunk of money went into lawyers to sort the issue with NME, not really our fault. I think they still owe us money as per agreement from the courts but i need to reread the announcement again to confirm. We could get a loan or a loan against our Admiral Bay assest. Good decent drill results, which are pending, will see the price rise higher considering our low market cap, so will give us the ability to CR & wouldn't need to issue to many shares if the price is high. Don't think CR will happen immediately after results are released as you stated because if decent gold grades are found the share price can rise for 2-3 days after announcement. Seen it happen before on other spec mining shares. Plus once we get more exposure if good results are released then the market will likely factor in our other company assets, for example Admiral Bay, so share price will rise.
