To be fair, all copper stocks have rallied hard in the last month. Unfortunate that the deal wasn't done 2 months ago. Before this deal, the Zambian asset was worth sweet FA but now ORP has skin in the game without any of the potential Zambian issues. I think it is a good deal under the circumstances.

Tuts, I realise you don't trust ORP with the ARE history. I get it, my breakeven is around 80c but am buying more so this will drop. The new management must have had access to any of the results from the drilling as it used to belong to ARE/ORP and were happy enough to trade out of it and actually monetise the dead asset. ORP management are focused on building a Uranium company and have started strongly with a balance sheet better than ARE ever had, tightly held register (albeit because ARE screwed up), and exciting projects.

I may regret it but I am looking at ORP from the point of view as a new company and believe it looks undervalued partly due to its history. Bring on the drilling. It has historical uranium mineralisation, so we know it's there.
