PSC has issued shares to GDC for "their" 85% in Zambian for about 8c (the price at the time of agreement) whereas ORP recieved shares at 12c when agreement completed. This is despite the fact that PSC's SP went up even more while still completing deal with GDC ...
thank NOT ORP mis-management for taking one last opportunity to FFF@*# share holders over your Zambian DISASTEROUTS CATASROPHIC FAILEURE ... or what seems very likely with a method in (seemingly) maddness. The time WILL come for the afairs to be put under forensic examination.
