you pople will never make cent until you get some common sense, blaming hte board for all vll woos is very short sighted.
Ddnt you people red papers, we have a buiding boom therefore all costs to build have risen, go try get a quote on a small repair job, you wont even be able to get a builder to quote, if by magic one does then his price will be at leas 50% above what yu expected.
Costs have risen people wake up and stop being so short sighted.
