I am not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if the sensitivity shown in those mutations is a result of FTO inhibition?
I was just quoting Dr Verrill's paper. I saw from the ASH abstract that KRAS was an identified mutation in Case Study 1 and I'm speculating that they may have found other mutations in the same study like NRAS and KIT which seem to also be associated with AML. I could be completely wrong, chatgpt is likely dangerous in the wrong hands...
