1. Yes. As described in the announcement no other adverse effects were observed.
2. The mice did not lose their fur. Having said this, this was not a model of alopecia.
3. It is progressing, but given the aim is to publish this work in one of the highest impact journals a great deal of work has to be done especially around the mechanism of action. While journal articles are nice to have, they are less important than progressing RC220.
