In his podcast last week AP said he was off to Cuba in 2 weeks. Whilst our certification of a ship load of oil at Alameda is paramount and cannot be overstated I am keenly interested in AP’s movements.
IMO he ain’t going to kick dirt at Zapato .
Certificate in hand I expect he is going to press field development at Alameda, along the lines you describe. So, finance package, earthworks contracts, drilling inventory procurement, govt permits etc. I hope to get details soon. Soon after the soon certificate LOL. The soons are mounting up but the Cuba trip would indicate he is expecting the document before the 14th at the latest.
