    IMO the "material" news is the oil observation. My guess is that the stuck pipe is not material, just sort of miscellaneous glitches which will/may arise in drilling. Rather, they found oil on the shakers when retrieving the pipe and THAT news, presumably very recent, is the reportable, material information.

    But definitely imo, only.
