As you have the unfortunate desire to moderate your own posts every time they get a negative reaction, I thought I would quote you in full for the inevitable moderation by "Posters own request" so people can't see it.

I would however, like to know on what basis you could suggest AP will be gone if he doesn't improve his performance and how you intend to achieve this. More specifically what he has to do to ensure he avoids your apparent almighty wrath (or petulance, which may be a more accurate description) and loss of his job.
