Don't read too much into why no oil in the shakers this report.
To attain some oil back at surface when drilling either the well was under balanced (and allowed an influx) at some stage or during a trip out of the hole, the mud weight was just slightly overbalanced and the action of the BHA (BHA has a greater OD than the drill pipe) being pulled too fast and can swab in some reservoir fluid.
As for the photo of the Chairman at the rig, would have preferred to see him in proper HSE attire. Safety starts at the top in this business.

No being too picky but you don't work at the rig with your beach sun glasses
Only proper certified glasses cut the mustard. Ask any O&G professional.
As for the time to drill this well, just be patient everyone. Not long to go now
