If you take a closer look at the last trades at 15:59:33, it was a sell order for 277,000 options broken down into a matched trade of 276,667 at 5.1 and a remainder matched trade of 333 at 4.8.

This was a seller wanting to get rid of his 277,000 options and to do so, he put in a sell order at 4.8 cents for 277,000 @ 0.48 knowing there was a 276,666 buy order @ 0.51. The trade makes perfect sense as the seller didnt want to have 333 options left after selling 276,667 @ 0.51 and selling the remainder @ 0.48 is sensible. This is not a rort or bot and saying it is CRIMINAL is ludicrous...
