Just Google Superhero trading. or Superhero support and you'll get all your questions answered. Staff is extremely helpful as well.
I find them extremely user friendly, good taxation papers to print out, etc.
Only difference is how they're run, they don't do thousands of HIN papers for every individual sell or buy. That's how they are affordable. They have rules and federal regulations on how to safeguard your money. I've never had problems depositing it or withdrawing any amounts.
