I agree with what GT55 has said, temper your expectations with regards to the timelines. AP would probably regret putting those dates to that flow chart (in fact you should probably just white out the dates), it was probably done to create momentum in the share price but its so ambitious that now people are becoming distressed that things are not moving like indicated. Remember AP has not done this before and has mainly worked in the commercial space, I have no doubt we will see production just going to take a bit longer than many expect, Rome wasn't built in a day.
