I don't think anything is being held back. They're drilling to the target, haven't reached yet but are very close and there's no issues so far. Good enough for me. They don't control if there's oil there or not but all signs are positive. An announcement could come tomorrow, could come in a week, could come in a month. Could be positive, could be negative.
