As for whoever is saying no power mate those drill rig sites aim to be self sufficient they are normally used to being in the boondocks, why would you trust Cubans national grid for power anyway. You'd have generators up the wazoo on the drill pad.

Also as others highlighted they were 8 metres away from the interpreted oil zone on Monday they would've been likely into it before hurricane Ian at that point yes they probably kept an eye on the weather but can't see them stopping. They'd stop work for lightning but that's obvious so one way or the other I'm thinking next week we should know if Zapato is a oil strike or not.
