This years AGM should be a doozie. The Auditors better come prepared for a truckload of questions regarding the ZG purchase and fees still being paid to TM to do what exactly . (IMO he will still be there on a consultant basis and was only removed from the Board due to strong shareholder pressure and the threat to requisition a meeting to remove him).

There has to be fundamental changes made before SP appreciation will even be remotely possible.

Independent Director for the Board. a true independent not another one of Asimwe's mates or business associates.
A proper CFO appointed to watch the cash and to supervise financial transactions so we don't see any large "commission" payments flying out the door to parts unknown.

If these guys think they will have a nice compiant shareholder group at the the AGM this year they are sorely mistaken.

Asimwe takes very poorly to shareholders disagreeing with him so it should be a punchy meeting.
