It's time to forgive and forget. In my eyes he can stay if he takes a 50% pay cut and has a strict monthly performance review that is accessable to shareholders. Failure to meet targets will work in a three strikes and your out basis. He has alot to gain if he stays in his role and the company meets the targets for his performance rights. Let's make him work for his pot of gold, it may be in all our interests.
