They say past performance is no guarantee of future performance, but there will need to be drastic change here for the future to be any good.
Do some homework on MyDiveo acquisition / Impairment, no independant chair, Director Loans, the Lottogopher link via galaxy, Lottogopher, Alto, past announcements and how things transpired, amount of shares issued to creditors, employee incentives, transparency of revenue and tell me you are confident investing in this co. They'll need more funding, who knows what they'll come up with next, I will be surprised if it's not vulture funding. I don't believe the most recent raise was oversubscribed they would have taken every cent they could get.
