I am of a very firm belief that the company/board with two lawyers would allow such an announcement unless 1. they were sure of the forecasts from all angles ie from indosat the payee and 2. they were compliant from an asx reporting perspective.

i think that once proven, should give the market a bit more of a boost for this announcement

I dont think they will require such an itemised and in depth explanation just the numbers etc in the contract from indosat/zee would suffice.
